PROJECT HOPEProject HOPE is a mental health program that provides short-term counseling and case management for youth and transitional aged youth between 0 to 25 years old with mild to moderate mental health concerns.
For those who have been impacted by hate and harm including survivors of hate crimes and hate incidents and their families, we can provide trauma-informed care, short-term therapy, and case management services regardless of age. Project HOPE is also available for educational workshops and presentations to increase awareness of mental health in the community.
