program support

Program support allows for OCAPICA to fulfil its mission of directly serving the community. Programmatic support will result in directly serving our participants - from providing multilingual therapy to children and families in crisis, to connecting our unhoused neighbors to stable housing, to empowering the next generation of youth leaders, your support transforms lives in Orange County.

“We are grateful for Hoag Community Health's support in expanding Project HOPE's services! Through Hoag Community Health's generous funding, we have improved clinical service access to our community members. Watching our participants become stronger, more resilient versions of themselves has truly been a joy to witness.

Funding has also allowed us to invest in our HOPE staff and interns. It has been an honor to be part of our therapists’ clinical journey of becoming culturally sensitive, caring, skilled clinicians. A huge thank you to Hoag Community Health for helping us make a difference in people's lives!”

~ Mary Lu, Project HOPE Director

event support

OCAPICA has several community events throughout the year, most notably our annual fundraiser Tastemakers of Orange County. Attended by over 500 people every year, this culinary event celebrates Asian and Pacific Islander inspired cuisines created by distinguished chefs throughout Orange County. Proceeds from the event go to support OCAPICA’s numerous programs and services including housing and rental assistance, employment opportunities, health care, and mental health services and counseling to over 80,000 community members.
