PROJECT SHINE-OC

Project SHINE-OC is a Full-Service Partnership (FSP) program that provides intensive, community-based mental health services using the evidence-based Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) models. Through a "whatever it takes" approach, we help participants achieve recovery, build independence, and reach their personal goals. Services include intensive case management, therapy, psychiatric services, vocational and educational support, substance use counseling, crisis intervention, and linkage to other needed support and resources.
