Project MPOWER (Making Positive Opportunities for Wellness, Empowerment, and Resiliency)'s goal is to create a culturally responsive space for health, healing, and well-being for participants of all ages and backgrounds. Project MPOWER provides the following services:

• Alternative Therapies
• Wellness Workshops
