RED CARDS
What is a Red Card?
No matter your immigration status, if you are in the United States, you have rights protected by the U.S. Constitution. The Immigrant Legal Resource Center developed Red Cards to help people assert their rights and defend themselves in many situations where they may encounter an immigration agent. These rights are applicable to all, whether you’re a citizen, visa holder, legal permanent resident, or undocumented immigrant.
