we are offering a FREE SAT Program for high
school students from July to August for 6 weeks.
Enrollment is limited. Priority will be given
to seniors and juniors. Applications must be

An
innovative and creative leadership program that
supports the individuality and energy of today's
youth culture, C.A.L. 24 ( C ultural
A rtistic L eadership;
24 hours in a day) will feature interactive
workshops on community issues, discussions on
cultural history, and site visits while developing
the participants' advocacy and organizing skills.
Workshops topics will address wide ranging topics
as such as multicultural history of America
, preparing for college, public speaking and
communication skills, and active self-reflection.
Art is utilized throughout the program to reinforce
these leadership traits and as a medium for
communicating themes important to the youth.
Participants will learn how to express themselves
through photography, mural painting, creative
writing, and film.

OCAPICA
is seeking high school youth to join Project
C.A.L. 24. Project C.A.L. 24 is an innovative
seven-week program held from July 11th
to August 26th that will feature interactive
workshops on culture, arts, and leadership development.
At the completion of the program, participants
will have developed skills that will enable
them to make positive change in their communities
while preparing themselves for successful futures.
